This training would benefit beginner therapists or those looking for a refresher if you find yourself getting lost in content. You’re not alone! We’ll practice how to focus and what to focus on when we interface with client content so we can stay with the emotion process. We’ll look at scripts or parts of a client’s tape to learn how to train our focus on move 1 to track present moment emotion experience. While staying attuned in the emotion channel with move 1, we’ll use move 2 to identify and make explicit the elements of emotion so as to find cues, clues and clarity in content.
