EFT is my home-base as far as therapy models go- it has made so much sense to me from the time I heard about it until now. Years of pastoral ministry convinced me that the state of marriages has a strong trickle-down-effect for generations. At first, I was not very successful at my work with couples. Since leaning into EFT, participating in supervision, and consistently volunteering as a helper for as many trainings as I could, I became certified in both EFCT and EFIT. I feel much more confident and calm as I work with couples and individuals. I also really enjoy helping others as they learn the model, and I am now a supervisor-in-training for EFCT.
I live and practice in northern Delaware, where I am hoping to help grow the EFT community. I am happily married, I enjoy traveling the world (4 continents so far), and I cherish being a grandma! I sing in a community choir, and in order to be accepted in our family, I am also a Baltimore Orioles fan. In every role in my life, I am grateful for the ways attachment guides me.
